About Tongue Filling Station
Tongue is a picturesque village on the south shore of the Kyle of Tongue, connected to the north by a long causeway with magnificent views of Ben Hope and Ben Loyal. The village has a hotel, a small shop and this fuel station. It's an underrated NC500 stop — the ruins of Castle Varrich above the village give panoramic views over the kyle and are a short easy walk from the road.
